Ramez is a qualified personal trainer and youth worker. He has a Diploma in Outdoor Education and qualifications in rock climbing, white water kayaking, wilderness hiking and a number of other activities. He’s travelled and trekked extensively in locations that demand peak physical and mental fitness including the Nepal Himalayas, Argentina Patagonia, the USA, Laos, Australia and more. With a lifetime passion for sport, fitness and the positive impact of physical activity on the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
Ramez has been a personal trainer since 2009 and love seeing the physical and psychological changes that lead my clients to better health, fitness, confidence and the drive to achieve.
Ramez' main goal is to teach clients how to not do the rollercoaster thing in terms of putting weight on and losing it, getting fit and unfit so essentially hanging on to the gains. Getting clients to the point where eating well and exercising regularly becomes a lifestyle rather than a short term goal as it benefits you in many ways. He provides clients with practical long-lasting and achievable goals, so we do things safely and without suggesting any diets that are not considered to have no efficacy.
Ramez’ approach to personal training is sincere and friendly, he’s not into the drill sergeant way of doing things. Instead, Ramez prefers to promote positive experiences for all his clients as that way of doing things in terms of people’s psychology is the most effective way to promote the drive to achieve.
He enjoys teaching his clients an array of different techniques with equipment and without equipment and just utilising body weight exercise. You can do this type of exercise anywhere, on the beach, at the park at home and the best thing about it is Ramez comes to you.
