As a Cairns personal trainer Ramez has undergone an extensive amount of work with clients that want to lose weight and tone up, to rehabilitation working with schools and people with disabilities. In terms of meat, we usually don’t need much at all however if you’re going to eat meat, it’s best to eat beef as that is what a cow originally ate before we started giving it corn which is not beneficial in comparison.
Additionally, you want the least number of hormones in your food antibiotics. It may be hard to source these products but once you have done your research then you just keep lying from the same producer unless it changes obviously.
