Cairns personal trainers most likely some of the most fortunate in just about anywhere in the world. A lot of my clients get to train outdoors and the benefits of training outdoors is psychologically a lot more beneficial than training indoors. It makes you more resilient person when training in the outdoors because you have to deal with elements including the exercises that your trainer has got set for you in the program.

Just being in nature also simply makes you feel happier and more connected to the earth. I used to work in Melbourne as a Personal trainer and when I had to do outdoor sessions, it was a lot harder to get people motivated and Far north Queensland when the weather is beautiful most of the time the motivation present. What type of training is best?

As a Cairns personal trainer, I get asked at least once a week what is the best type of training to get results?

It all depends on what you want to achieve, I usually tell clients. For example, if you’re a sprinter, there is no point on going on excessively long runs, you would practice such exercises as the deep test.

Strength work also does assist which most people don’t realise as muscle mass increases your metabolic rate. It’s a good fat burner essentially. And of course diet is very important as well. I have been in the field for 18 years now, and undoubtedly have seen people get results by sticking to a regime over a period of time.
